3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Edorb Designs Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to deliver quality services to all our clients. However, due to the nature of digital services, refunds and cancellations are subject to the following terms:

  • Project Deposit: Any initial deposit is non-refundable.

  • Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel before work has started, we may refund payments excluding the deposit.

  • Cancellation After Work Has Begun: Refunds are not provided once the design/development process has started, as resources and time have been allocated.

  • Service Issues: If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us at info@edorbdesigns.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your concerns.
